U.S. Bank Branch

I went to this bank to get some change for my small business after being turned down by TCF, and Wells Fargo. When I came in, I was scared at first that they would also turn me down, but Matt was behind the counter, and he was very happy to help me! Matt was extremely helpful, and friendly, and he gave me the change that I needed for my business.

Manager(Michael) is the absolute worst when it comes to understanding what Customer service means. Spent 10 minutes telling me why the account summary i printed from their website was wrong and refused to address the issue. When i said I'd just move my banking elsewhere he shrugged and said OK. You're better off keeping your money under your mattress than dealing with any institution run like this branch is.

Not a big fan of going to this bank. I regret having to use this bank every time. Employees are always annoyed you need their services and they often argue among each other.

Mediocre. I have a mortgage, three checking accts and two savings accts here between my personal and biz accts. Recently got a letter increasing the interest rate on my CC accounts (ALL of them) because of negative credit history. Found the error on my credit report and had it corrected. USBank refuses to put my interest rate back to where it was before. Customer service says they'll check again in 6 months. Sure.. AFTER they charge me more interest all six months for something that wasn't my fault! Not really thinking they deserve the ethics award they tout so highly on their webpage.

This review is for Personal Banker Joshua: What a polite and professional person this was, quick to help, no side banter to detract from the issues and solutions, and willing to go the extra mile without hesitation. Due to this highly positive, and constructive interaction I decided to not close my account, and feel much better about future interactions. Thank you Joshua!
