Worst customer service at this location. Don’t have enough of staffs and they don’t care about the long term customer that have been with them over a decade. When you tell them you wanted to close your account, they just close without hearing a readon why you wanted to close the account.

Quick and easy service. Staff is very detailed. The environment is clean and safe. The only is that the parking lot is a little confusing.

Horrible yesterday I waited for 40 min to talk to a banker for a very simple 2 min stop payment while a bunch of employees just walked around, literally! While the manager pretended to do work at her desk she would always get up to greet every customer and ask if she could help than point people to chairs than return to her desk doing nothing, shouldn't management know what there doing and hop in to help speed things up? Now I'm here today and the place is empty, she's doing the same thing and I've been here for 15 min, ITS A SIMPLE STOP PAYMENT!!!! A two minute task with a 40 min wait, are you kidding me! Get your sh**t together!!! I'm done with this location! 1 star was the only option...
