WellNest Studios ~ Fitness and Wellness

It is hard to say anything that hasn't already been said. My wife & I joined at the end of July. We were looking for something different than what the big box gyms offer and we have found it. We started out with small group personal training and have since signed up for the monthly unlimited classes to add some variety. Not only is the staff person we have met very knowledgeable and encouraging, but I have to say the clients we have met are welcoming and accepting of all fitness levels. It makes for a very comfortable environment. One last note, the customer service from Bill & Nicole is top notch. When we first joined there was a small scheduling mix up and Bill called me personally to get it straighten out and make we were satisfied with the resolution. If you are in the market for a full service fitness center, I recommend checking out WellNest as part of search.

My daughter, Stephanie, and I have been going to the Wellnest for a couple of years now. Can't say we've ever had a better experience than Erika's Tuesday or Thursday afternoon yoga class. She is very knowledgeable and skilled at teaching and working our bodies, on an individual basis. Always a health approach in a comfortable and warm setting that makes the whole experience well worthwhile. Thanks, Ericka!

The other reviews have already mentioned the cleanliness and warmth of WellNest and it is all true. If you need nutrition advice, ask for Chris. After a high blood pressure diagnosis that left me confused, I'm more on-track than ever. I was ready to go super-strict he helped me dial that back to something that I can maintain realistically and still meet my goals. The spin, yoga, TRX and personal training are all fantastic. The Barre class on Sundays is a truly different fitness experience. Try a little of everything and have fun while meeting your fitness goals.

I used to hate going to the gym, after joining WellNest in May my attitude about working out has totally changed. Bill is my personal trainer and he is amazing! I have also had several massages which were epic. This gym is super clean and decorated beautifully the owners make you feel comfortable and right at home. You have to checkout their website they offer so much here like Yoga and Spin!

I have been attending classes at WellNest for almost six months and it has become an important part of my life. The level of sincere care, encouragement, attention, and energy that Nicole and Bill (the owners) display is absolutely wonderful; they create a genuine sense of community and positivity. The studio itself is beautiful and has a gentle calming atmosphere. The variety and scheduling of classes meets my needs exactly (early mornings and lunch breaks). I also love that they are creating community by offering a wide variety of fresh classes, locally made jewelry, a related magazine, csa pickup, specifically tailored programs like nutrition or prenatal yoga, and other holistic possibilities. I have taken a variety of classes, but most consistently go to early morning yoga with Nicole. Nicole shows genuine care and commitment to my individual needs and growth. She has tailored each session to fit what is best for my changing body (pregnancy). She changes up the classes so that you can widen your yoga repertoire of moves while being able to perfect ones you have been working on for a while. She also uses essential oils and a refreshing variety of music. I have a blast laughing as we go through different poses, love the peacefulness I feel after a calming stretchy session, and enjoy the mental and physical confidence I have gained. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and happy. I also love how my body has changed. It is absolutely the best way to start my day. Nicole rocks! After years of trying different gyms and workouts WellNest has become an easy home that makes me keep wanting to go back and pushes my goals past what I even aspired to before. I HIGHLY recommend WellNest Studios!!!!
