Power Yoga New York is the Capital Region's ONLY Baptiste Yoga Affiliate Studio! Located in Niskayuna Square, following the Journey Into Power Sequence, we are proud to offer a wide variety of classes for beginners to the most the advanced yogis.

PYNY is friendly and welcoming yoga studio. The studio has a padded floor, which is easy on the joints and enjoyable to practice on. The studio offers many conveniently-timed classes, and in addition, offers specialty training programs to develop and expand your yoga practice. Though I’ve been a member for over two years, I only recently attended one of the specialty training sessions. I’m so glad I did! The program I attended was called “Being of Power”, and was an all-day workshop lead by studio owner, Rocky Parisi. The workshop was well-organized and packed with great information and hands-on activities. I left feeling energized and inspired. I encourage current members to check out the specialty programs as they come up and invite new yogis to give the studio a try – you’ll be happy you did!

The studio is beautiful and very clean. The instructor are unique and very supportive. Great Location. I have become way more flexible and less stressed since I began practicing at Power Yoga New York! I highly recommend PYNY!

I enjoyed the Being of Power program on Nov.18, 2017 and would like to recommend it to anyone who loves to practice Yoga. Rocky Parisi led the program in such a passionate way that I felt a great sense of community. I was energized all day long even the next day!

Recently had my one-year anniversary at Power Yoga NY and it keeps getting better and better! The instructors are T-O-P-S, they have decidedly different styles but each one is AMAZING. From Teresa's inventive moves for strengthening core, to Michela's creative balancing flow to Mike's no-nonsense class that pushes to the max to Rocky's one-of-a-kind teaching style which integrates her background knowledge in anatomy with a keen understanding of alignment and spirituality... and of course all the other exceptional instructors -- Chelsea, Morgan, Christa, Lisa and Cindy!

I attended the Being of Power program on 11/18/17. I loved it 🤗 It was so effective because Rocky Parisi is an amazing leader. You feel a sense of community when you walk into PYNY. I left the program feeling empowered and energized. Excited to put in all into motion! Thank you Rocky and PYNY Team 💕
