how can you offer a FREE community gym anything other than five stars?  fitness connect is a WONDERFUL community resource, and although they don't have the equipment of a VENT or a PF...anyone can get a good workout here.
free to join...7-day access...TV offered on most cardio machines...some free weights and a training circuit.  the place is clean...it has showers...and did i mention it is FREE? 
not sure who is paying for this program (the latham facility has AT LEAST $50K worth of equipment)...but THANK YOU.  if members would kindly obey the rules (no children, no non-registered guests, NO CHILDREN)...the  facility would be just a perfect option for anyone who is health-conscious.
