Big old home. I had to go to the back of the house to have them answer the door. It was an evening arrival and they knew I would be arriving after 7 pm. Never saw host did not get breakfast on Sunday. Furniture is very uncomfortable no chairs to sit and enjoy your time. Served breakfast in room had to know what time to serve, I was on vacation not sure what time I would be ready for breakfast. Would have rather gone down to a dining room and ate at my leisure. A little pricey for the area. Do not recommend if you just want to relax.

Gracious host, good breakfast, and gorgeous detailing in the house. Fits the period well while maintaining all of the modern amenities. Short walk to downtown, huge porch, and overall very relaxing atmosphere. We had an excellent time and I would definitely like to come back for another stay.

We had a very pleasant stay. The house was beautiful & breakfast was delicious and ascetically pleasing.  Breakfast served in your own room, so none of the charm of coming down for breakfast with the other guests.
