Sears

I've had mixed experiences picking up online orders and returns are a nightmare. It once took over an hour, and I had to walk several workers through the process. The Shop Your Way Rewards game is always an interesting one, but some good deals can be found with the a little luck. I haven't found the store itself a lot to look at.

Bought a washer and dryer set from sears. And no sooner we got we have been having problems right and left with the washer. To where it leaks, and sounds like a helicopter taking off when its in a spin cycle. I will never buy or recommend anyone to buy anything from sears. Plus sears company don't want to do anything to fix the problem.

Not that good. No Sales people to talk with about purchase a dishwasher. A few customers roaming around the store, but know one to help you.

Absolutely the worst customer service!!! I would give it a negative star if that were possible! We were in desperate need of a washer and found one we liked here at Sears. After walking around for awhile trying to find some one to help us we finally approached the 2 boys at the cash registers (who were on their fones) and asked for assistance..they stammered something about trying to find somebody to help..okay so we wander back over to the washers and there's a good reason why they have the bed displays right there cuz we sat there for another 15mins waiting then finally we left and went to menards! Yay Menards! Bought a washer were out of there in 20mins..
