Convenient location and comfortable bed. Shabby condition overall and the floor I was on seemed to have a lot of traffic and loud noises. Also the toilet wouldn't stop running unless I pulled the tank cover off and pulled up on the float. I just played dirty epic over my Bluetooth speaker so I could drown out all the traffic in the hallway and get some much needed sleep. I've definitely stayed in worse places.

Room door was like a door at home and didn't lock properly. Steve tried to argue with my child about a roll away bed we paid for and asked for that wasn't provided then tried to say we were only to have 2 adults in the room which was a suite with 2 beds and a pull out couch. Hall smelled of weed and they were cleaning and doing construction next to my room at midnight. Drunks outside entry door that was not secured for guest only. Got no sleep and felt extremely unsafe. Furniture was broken and linen was old and dingy. Will NEVER waste money here again. Better when it was the quality.

No microwave, no refrigerator, only 6 trollies and 10 floors full of girls at the pageant that needed to check in and out around the same time, ice machines were broke on a couple floors, they come in and clean while we were gone. That is a breach of privacy! Check out is 11: 00 sharp! We were there for a pageant and we were kicked out while the pageant was going on. Could have given us a little leeway so that we would want to stay next year. I really dont think so.

The room was not that clean, I reserved a smoke free room and the room did not smell smoke free. The doors didn't close unless you used force. For what I paid this hotel was far from great.
