Clean and conveniently located. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking in a parking garage. The hotel validates your tickets. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very dated, but if you can get a rate under $100 it is not a bad deal. Within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Our room had virtually no wifi reception and there was no fridge. Parking is free and across the street from the hotel (accessible via skywalk). The food at the attached restaurant was good but I would never eat there unless I was in the hotel as a guest. No free breakfast.

I love this place. The pool may not be working but the rooms are amazing. Clean sheets and clean towels. Front desk staff are very polite. Overall a great place to stay in Waterloo.

No pool, no hot tub - even tho website states they do and shows pictures. Very disappointed kids! Wallpaper was stapled together, blanket had a huge hole in it, no hot water - barely even warm. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at!

The night crew here was wonderful. Kimmie Roberts went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The outdoor temperature was horribly hot, but the room was so cool and refreshing. The staff even filled my ice bucket!!! The bar had a casual and very inviting atmosphere. Corrina was an AWESOME bartender. Thanx to Kimmie and Corrina for a wonderful night.
