I have been a member with this gym for quite sometime and believe me when I say this, it’s not like any gym! This gym is an incredible supportive, guidance, fun, challenging environment! The coaches are amazing and will push you to be better!! They have so many resources and abilities to help you through your goals!! This isn’t any gym that you just have a tag in you are feeling welcomed in!! Consider the challenge and have fun!
I absolutely love this place. It has changed my whole life.I have become stronger physically, mentally & emotionally since I have been coming here. Any company that motivates people to be fit & healthy is great. Megan & the Coaches are very encouraging throughout the workouts. We are like family here & we all motivate & push each other. I highly recommend this place.
Absolutely love all the ladies and the workouts each day. If you want a total body workout in 30 minutes, this is the place to be. Everyone really cares about you, your success and your goals. So happy to be apart of this fit family :
Such a fun, inspiring, postive, supportive place full of awesome members and coaches to help you reach your health and fitness goals in a heart pumping 30 minute session that goes by quick but you definitely get a great workout targeting certain areas along with total body. Its not just a place to come workout and leave. Its being a part of a fitness family that shows love and support inside and outside of the studio. Theres also education on eating properly, help tracking progress, and challenges with fun celebrations, other events. No matter how "busy" life is or how I'm feeling, I remind myself its only 30 minutes and I ALWAYS come out feeling accomplished, and better than when i walked in whether i was having a good or bad day. Come in and give it a try!
I am not one to enjoy working out. However, I recently started going here and love it. The work outs are always changing so you don't have the chance to get bored. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a welcoming environment. I love it!
I love this gym! I have been a member for a year and a half and in a couple of days I will hit my 250 session milestone. The owner and trainers are wonderful they really care about their clients. I highly recommend this gym!
Great workout and it's just 30 minutes! The workout changes every day and that keeps it exciting. The coaches are great at demonstrating the exercises and providing modifications is needed. The coaches and members are all friendly and welcoming.
I have always been a lifter and gained muscle easily. However, since starting boot camp in July, I have gained 7 lbs of muscle and lost 3% body fat! I absolutely love the workouts and the energy of the members is motivating. Come check it out!
I am so glad I found Webster Fit Body Boot Camp! The trainers are wonderful and encouraging, the workouts are quick and challenging in a good way, and the members are welcoming and motivating. Each workout is different and the trainers provide support and motivation along the way. I have loved every workout and have noticed many different kinds of progress over the past 6 weeks! I definitely reccommend it!
It's so inspiring to workout with such an amazing group of people! Everyone is so motivating and it's like a family. I love it and would highly recommmend it to anyone! There's modifications for every exercise. I've become so much stronger mentally and physically since joining.
