This is my first time write review on Google.If you just do normal excise here, it is just fine. But make sure you do not sign any contract like personal training. When I signed the personal training contract which is 12 months long, I told the staff that I may not stay in webster more than 6 months and staff said "You can cancel it anytime once you provide change of Address confirmation letter". I tried to cancel contract 2 months before and followed instruction by staff in fitness.But now I am told I can not do this and a lot of terms I was never told before. Really really bad experience

The worse gym on the planet! They hire deceitful sales people that will lie to you and tell you whatever you want to hear for a quick sale. Kara Michelle Morris worked for this location and Greece, she's a liar and a thief. Machines are always down and the locker rooms always smell like Anus as well as mold in the showers!

I'm not even a member of their facility but I keep on getting phone calls once a week from LA Fitness in Webster New York to join there gym. After the 5th phone call I told the person on the phone that I don't want to be receiving anymore phone calls from lafitness anymore she told me that it's not a problem and it will never happen again. Guess what I got three days later. This place is a joke. Learn how to Market your gym correctly and stop harassing people that don't want your product or service.

Fortunately, this place is not the only crooked roulette wheel in town...That said, the atmosphere is ugly: employees don't seem to want to be there and are generally very unfriendly. "Hello" seems to be missing from their vocabularies. Everyone seems angry--why? While the facility is clean, it seems to be constructed with spit and glue--breakdowns of equipment are constant and irregularly addressed. Went to the Irondequoit location--due to electrical problems at Webster--and found it much more pleasant, with more features.
