I wanted to get my daughter into tumbling before the cheer session last year so i called to try and see what would be suitable for her at the age of 14. I called and called and called and called. During business hours. Left many messages and never a call back. Finally I reached Eli who said that the younger staff was answering the phone. Well apparently my messages were never getting to anyone.  When I did talk to Eli he told me that the certain class on Wednesday would be good for her. So I signed her up. Hannah was her coach and SHE did amazing.  Her class though was all young children.  Ok fine. She got through the class. It ended around the new year. When cheer ended in February, I called again during business hours to get my daughter back there for private lessons. I again called and called and called, left multiple messages emailed and NO response. Again I called one day and just happed to get Eli on the phone. He asked me if I was the one looking for private lessons for my daughter. I said yes and he told me he was going to find a coach that could take her on with private lessons and would call me back in a couple days. Well that couple days has turned into weeks and again multiple calls and messages. My last message was not very nice and I told them i was taking my business elsewhere. Which I did and i still have not gotten a response back to that message either. Terrible business.  Not to mention when my oldest daughter was going there a few years ago she said the word damn because she didn't get something and the coach pulled her hair back and asked her what she said while holding her hair. Even still tried to give them the business again a few years later and nothing. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. It's terrible business.

This place is amazing! Out 4 year old did a few group classes with coach Paul because she tends to be shy so they let us try it out and she absolutely loved it! Coach Paul was great and very attentive to the kids and our daughter signed up for a few 8 weeks. So glad to have a place for our daughter to enjoy herself during the winter and through the pandemic. They have social distancing and require masks and are always sterilizing all the surfaces while we are there.

Love it here, all of the coaches and staff are helpful and friendly. They have been accommodating with my 3yr old who was unsure if she wanted to participate or not.  Have already recommended to friends

I have watched my kids set their electronics down and run for the door when they are going to Northern. Like magic I have always been impressed with the coaching staff. There is an incredibly positive energy and the coaches always celebrate each child's success and give feedback to help them continue to improve. It's not like other gymnastic facilities. Well done! And thank you.

The coaches are passionate about working with the kids to insure that they all have a fun, learning experience.  The gym is spotless and the activities are easily observed from a comfortable viewing area.  Great school year sessions and fantastic summer camps.

This facility is a One of a kind. It is so far beyond just a gym. It has state of the art instructors, equipment and activities. Kids who come here learn life long skills and gain a sense of self worth as well as so many other life skills.  In all 50 years of my life I have never found a place even close to Northern Hemisphere Gymnastics.  If you you have kids and you wish to give them the best you can than you should bring them to NH Gymnastics.

I have been going the this gym for 3-5 ish months and I love it because the people who work there are really nice and teach you. If you are having trouble learning something they don't just give up and try something else they ask you what is the problem and they help you fix that problem. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to start gymnastics. Derek Cudo!

The young staff are great however the owner is rude, impatient and intolerant of small children. I even so much witnessed him picking my daughter up off the floor and shaking her when she didn't listen to him. She's 4 yrs old. 4 yr olds don't always listen! Use your words, never your hands! And even then, you don't berate a child. You calmly escort the child over to their parents or have their parents come get them if the behavior is that bad. It is unacceptable that you don't already know this!  We will never go back there and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone as a result. Proceed at your own risk. I wish I could put this at zero stars.

My three children have attended classes and camp here for over 11 years. We love the facility and the variety of classes from Parent & Child through Tricks & Flips.  We are lucky to have NHG here in Webster.
