If you're serious about lifting this is the place for you. Its not like the commercial gyms. Old school equipment, real metal weights and plates. The instructors are very motivating.

I go early morning and enjoy that it's not too busy then. You get to know the other early morning people and you each do you own work out at your own pace

My favorite gym. I've been there for 10+ years!! 24 hours, classes, juice bar. Friendly staff.

Joined to try the classes and there were so many people you could barely move. Gave me a hard time about cancelling my membership when I moved out of state and then they continued to charge my card for 4 months. Said they would refund it but never did so had to file a disputed through my bank. Never again.
