breathe yoga and juice bar, webster

Breathe is now basically my second home. I love going to the variety of classes they have. I started at breathe the beginning of this year with their new to yoga program with Lori. She is so inspirational and really helps you understand different poses and the flow of classes. I love going to Deb's foundation class, it is so much fun! If you are really looking to really relax, restorative is amazing and you'll want to nap right after ( Wednesday nights usually with Jenna). All the instructors their (Kathy, Rocco, Cat, Stephanie, Barb etc.) are all super helpful and I couldn't be any happier with breathe. I would also high suggest trying out their chocolate protein punch!

A fantastic yoga experience! Mike (one of the owners, I believe) was so welcoming & cheery, demonstrating a heart-level commitment to health & community. Kevilin led the vinyasa class & was so present, encouraging & challenging. I loved the ambiance, music, lighting, decor & space. It was also amazing to have a delicious smoothie waiting for me when class was over. (And Mike liked my suggestion to try adding ginger to the strawberry smoothie...) Love this place!
