I love their tech department! It's hard being a college student and paying for electronic repairs, but they always do their best to get the parts at the lowest price possible, they do free diagnostics, and their service is incredible! Terry was very kind and they got my part in 3 days before they thought they would and had all replaced within two days. To get it done at and Apple Store would have taken at least a week and It would have been much more expensive. I love all the study areas as well, it's a great place to hang out, very clean and organized and totally hip! One of my favorite places to go as a wildcat 💕
