Starbucks

Longest wait I’ve ever had to deal with at a Starbucks. (And that’s saying something, as I’ve queued for the Disneyland Starbucks.) It wasn’t even that busy and there were quite a few employees working. Though I feel the employees that were on shift were more interested in gossiping/socializing than actually working. Even more frustrating was that upon getting my order and leaving, I realized my “hot” latte was lukewarm at best and tasted off. Never going here again. Usually Starbucks have relatively relaxing environments to be in. Not this one. Extremely frustrating. Also, there were a ton of flies buzzing around the prep area, which was gross to me. Definitely not the cleanest Starbucks I’ve been to.

The cashier went through the trouble to learn my name and call me by it during the transaction. I got just what I ordered in a timely fashion. The service was fantastic and I'll be returning soon for more delicious coffee!

Great barristas! Fast courteous and knowledgeable. I usually shop small coffee shops. Try to stay local. But Starbucks in Riverdale has them all beat.
