All The Perks Espresso Cafe

They have really good coffee at a pretty decent price. I love a good light roast and the Sunrise coffee is one of my favorites. The specialty drinks are good, if a little too sweet for me most of the time. The atmosphere is nice. Diane, the owner, is very kind. Her staff is pretty good at what they do, too. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because there's nothing about then that goes beyond my expectations of a decent coffee house. If I could, it woul be 4 1/2 stars.

This coffee shop is in an excellent clean location with a great selection of unique coffee flavors. I recommend checking out All The Perks, they really do offer a wide variety of morning beverages and cafe treats.

Ordered the chai latte, breakfast burrito, and Cherry Danish, and it was all great. The owner lady is super nice. Would definitely recommend checking them out, especially if you're in the downtown area or in the theater area.

Great shop we all here at rays come in maybe 4 to 5 times a week and we send our customers here! Service is excellent and food and drinks are the best around.
