Kneaders Bakery & Cafe

We LOVE this Kneaders location! Very clean store, Great staff, super friendly, knowledgeable, and of course wonderful food! I recommend any of their soups, and for a sandwich, you can never go wrong with their Turkey! The summertime (limited edition) Crab Salad on a soft dinner roll is always a favorite of mine too. Their gift items are always full of new ideas for every season. If you see something you love, be sure and buy it as their items move quickly! l have many decorations in my home from Kneaders and given many of their items as gifts. All around great store!!

Fresh baked bread and coffee options. Very clean and friendly staff. We were there for breakfast and had the ham croissant, it was very good along with the coffee.

Delicious food! fast drive thru for being freshly made food! You get really big portions.. especially the salads! Love that everything is fresh. Also have good thanksgiving pies!

Big thumbs down. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches: egg & cheese on ciabatta and egg & bacon on wheat. The sandwich with wheat bread was missing bacon. I walked up to the counter, let an employee know, and they kindly added bacon to my sandwich and apologized. I sat back down, took a bite, and realized my sandwich had cheese. I specifically ordered my sandwich with no cheese because I can't have dairy. Walking up to the counter a second time, I informed a different employee that my sandwich had cheese when I ordered no cheese, and this was the second mistake with my order. I was given a full refund with no apology. I'm more than willing to understand that mistakes can be made, we are all human. However, not acknowledging so and refusing to offer an apology is poor customer service and unacceptable.

Some items on the menu are a little pricy for fast food, but the quality speaks for itself. They have a great variety to choose from on the menu from French Toast, to sandwiches and soups and salads. I really like their kids menu! It's so frustrating to pick a place to get food for the kids that doesn't have heavy, greasy food to choose from. They have healthy choices that are also tasty for the kids too. The kids meals are very reasonable as well!
