Phoned at 4.00 on a Friday with a bit of an emergency and they had someone with me by 4.30. That's service.
Did an online quote for a new boiler. 30 mins later i got a call from them appointment made for a couple days later for them to come look and see exactly what needed done. Booked in for the following week to get it fitted. Done within 2 days. They filled all the guarantees out for the new boiler so didn't even have to do that.
Very efficient and pleasant while servicing our oil fired boiler.
Fitted toilet and sink. Had to get them back for renedial work to toilet not fitted staight and badly installed sink cupboard. Top of toilet unit has scratches on it.
Good service, new boiler fitted, no mess no hassle 5* service
Brilliant service as ever.
