Tyler came out today to clean my 1500 gal tank. It had just been cleaned in March after almost 3 years in service. For some crazy reason it need cleaned again already. Wont go there. Tyler was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A very pleasant gentleman. He represents the company very well. Thank you again for your help.

I am completely displeased with the customer service from this company. Tyler, the owners son needs a little training on customer service dealing with the public. I had a back up in my septic tank and called them to notify them of the issue as I had just used them 6 months prior to clean out the tank. For it to already be full I knew there was definitely a problem with the system. He cleaned the tank and explained that if it happens again we would need to take the next step to repair. I later that day called and asked him what the next step to repair is now so that I could proceed with actually fixing the issue rather then just letting this go and wait for it to fill up again. I was under the impression that they offered repair services as well. I am not educated on the ends and outs of septic systems. It is there job to be the professionals and help their customers understand. He explained to me that they did not do repair work and I would need to contact another company. I told him I wish I would have known that information as I would have called another company to help fix this problem. He became extremely defensive and angry with me and raised his voice as if he needed to defend what he did. I was not contesting the fact that he cleaned the tank, it was full it needed cleaned, but it also needs a lot more then that. My problem is I'm concerned that we have a real problem here and we didn't fix anything or initially recommend further service. So when it fills up in a week guess what? We will have to pay to have it cleaned out AGAIN and then call someone to repair. As a professional septic tank company, you should know that simply cleaning this tank was not the answer, as you were just here 6 months ago. You should also not be such a jerk to people that are obviously having a tough time and need help understanding what to do. Just a note to you Tyler: sometimes miscommunication and misunderstandings happen and I think you need to be a little more prepared on how to handle that more professionally. I know your ego got in the way today but just know I called to understand our problem and how to fix it. Try not to get so offended.

I just had our septic system installed 2 years ago. I didn't know how often to have the system cleaned. Talking with Tyler today and he SUGGESTED to wait another year if I am not having any issues. He offered to come check the system and clean my filter but explained how to do it myself. I appreciate his honesty because he very well could have come pumped the tank and charged me and I wouldn't have been any wiser. I will use them for my cleaning as long as I have a septic system!

If I could give this company zero stars I would on account of their owner alone. I just recently bought a house with a septic system. This company did the inspection of the septic, within less than a month here is my experience- second night of being in the house the septic alarm is going off, it was a loose connection in the alarm itself because when it was installed it didn't have a fitting to keep sewer gas from eating away at the connections. I called Forest and the tech I talked to later found out it's the owner tells me that since he just did the inspection they will come out and take care of it-a guy that used to work for forest comes out and finds the loose connection, problem solved. Fast forward to today, septic alarm is going off again. I understand that we got a bunch of rain and where I live is a high water table, but the pump outside in the system isn't pumping anything at all. I talked to the owner of forest-Jody. I explained again how they just did the inspection and said everything looked good, but now it's not working. He told me that with the inspection he works for the DNR and if I have a problem I need to contact them. Completely unwilling to work with me and said if they came out they were charging-a month after the inspection. I work in a field where you have to be very customer relationship friendly, doing heating and cooling. If I do an inspection and the system breaks, we are all about getting out there to try and find the issue and not telling a homeowner it's not our problem anymore. Stay away from this company who clearly doesn't stand by their work and has no issues doing piss poor work.

Had a brand new septic system installed at my house in 2014 so decided it was time to have the system pumped. Called Forrest as I had seen their trucks in my area before and the owner set me up for a same day appointment. Everything went quick and easy as it should. We'll see them again in 5 years!

Our septic system backed up a day before I was to have surgery and would have been of no help in cleaning it up the next day. Water over half of the basement. Clearly it needed to be fixed immediately. Forest Septic had a person in the area, they were here w/in 10 minutes due to how close they were already and had us drained in 2 hours. They then sent another crew out to fix the actual problem an hour after the first guy left. It's a family owned business and at least 2 of their sons were the guys working on our issue. The service and price were excellent. I'd highly recommend them!!!

Today 3-19-19 Jody and John came out to check and pump my septic tank. They went above and beyond with their customer service. Jody explained how the system works and the do's and don'ts of the septic world. I am extremely pleased with the service, price and, the customer service we received today. I only wish I knew more people with septic systems so I could recommend Forest to them. Thank you guys for the great work.
