Neighbors Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Geothermal & Radon

Having a furnace or AC unit go out sucks, but it sucks a lot less if you have honest and customer focused people working for you. That's exactly what I experienced with my new AC unit install. I couldn't get 2 other service companies to give me the time of day when my unit died during a heat way. Neighbors got me on their list and got me taken care of as fast as possible. I was kept in the loop and well informed. Everyone gave me their HONEST opinion when I asked the hard questions, and I was treated with respect. I have no idea where a couple other reviews are talking about; these were some of the best techs and service people I've had in my home for anything. I'll never call a different HVAC company in Ames.

Jason, Valerie, Doug, and Ed along with the rest of their techs have always been very professional and prompt in all of our service needs. I would highly recommend them.

Great staff! We had gas leaking from our water heater. I called and almost immediately had a repair man here. We were unsure if our part was under warranty. The staff back at neighbors did all the work to find out that it was and had the part delivered next day. They called right away once the part arrived and had a guy scheduled back out same day. Jason our repair man was very friendly, clean, professional and on time! Thank you for going above and beyond to help us out. We will only use you in the future!
