A very large, sunny apartment with 3 separate bedrooms and lots of space to eat, play and relax. Our 3 families of 11 fit very comfortably. You get an entire floor in a large house with 2 quite business occupying the street level. Location is just great. You are right off main street with restaurants and stores. A few minutes walking distance to the waterfalls and 3 minute drive to Walmart. Ithaca is about 35 minutes away. Note, though, that the house is old and creaky. If this doesn't bother you, you'll have lovely time.

I like the size of the place but there are 2 things holding it back: age, bugs, mice, creaking floors, and also furniture/equipment.
