Old hiking boots were wearing out on inside heel portion. Just needed a patch to keep them going a little longer. Thought he did a decent job for something that was in pretty bad shape. Reasonable pricing and picked up next morning.

I took a fairly expensive pair of Allen Edmonds men's dress shoes to be repaired about 5 years of occasional wear and my expectations were exceeded. They look close to brand new, the price was really reasonable and I was able to pick them up the next day at noon.
