Great work on replacing the zipper on my Pacsafe bag! The stitching is perfect. Looks like it came from the factory. They were up front with the repair time and it was completed ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this place.

This place saved the day on my guitar case zipper. It is a discontinued case and fits my custom guitar perfectly so I was really hoping the repair could be done. John fixed it great and it even has a locking option on the zipper now for a very reasonable $35. Look no further for your luggage repairs, this is the place!

Overpriced for poor quality hiking boot repair.....missing spots on the toes that needed to be glued and on the side. These were 1 year old boots where rubber on the toes was peeling away.....she asks to be paid up front 21 dollars...I feel scammed.

Went there to get my girlfriends gucci belt resized and they were able to do it in 3 days! If I were to send it to italy through gucci it would have taken 4-6 weeks. Looks amazing and very affordable! $10 I will definitely be back if I ever have to resize any other belts

Very rude asked if a zipper could be permantly fixed as the bottom comes apart after you firmly put it togther he wasof know help at all just talked down to me. Was much better when the parents were running the business

I brought very damaged and stained suede boots here to see if they could be restored. And although they said they don't offer such service, they still took plenty of time giving me detailed advice and answering my questions for free. They also didn't pressure me whatsoever into making any purchases. I felt like I was receiving genuine, honest advice from a friend with expert knowledge in the field of shoe and leather care and repair. Thanks to their great advice, I was able to restore my shoes myself pretty well and mask most of the discoloration. I will definitely trust this shop with my shoes in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.
