Fantastic job and service! Rebecca did an awesome job repairing my belt buckle and shortening it. Everywhere else said no and said that my belt required "custom screws". Rebecca took the initiative and put her own custom screws that work great! Honest price for honest work.

They gave me a great price and explained what need to be done to fix my leather boots. The ladies that worked there are friendly and will take the time to explain what they wanted to do with it and will take care of your boots. Pretty happy with the service and pricing will go again.

Very nice lady. Told me my shoe was a easy fix. Either I can pay her $50 to glue it back or I can just pay $12 for the glue and she will show me how it's done. Very honest place

The guy there is honest, he advised me not to fix my shoe . And BTW, there is a very long waiting list, so be prepared to leave your shoes for a while!

Search no further for an incredible shoe repair shop! I took two of my favourite pairs of boots to Rebecca and she totally surpassed my expectations. She was professional, knowledgeable and the repairs were very well done. Her prices are reasonable and fair. After a couple visits to East Van Shoe Repair, I wouldn't trust anyone else!

One of the best for shoe repairs in Vancouver. I had a designer pair of shoes that I wanted to add more protection to the bottom. They did an amazing job on it and it's very functional now. A bit on the pricy side but if you have shoes that you care a lot about, take them here and don't risk going anywhere else!
