SUCH A GREAT PLACE ! Came to get my backpack straps adjusted. Somehow when I bought my backpack its straps it came with were WAAAY too long. The straps were too thick for a regular alteration place so I took to shoe repair. We talked about making it very short but I wasn't happy with the length too long 1st time not short enough. He allowed me to come back and get it shorter for free !! What a kind soul. I was short on cash and was wondering if he can make exception because we discussed beforehand. He was kind enough to accept and help me with my straps. Now they're perfect!! Thank you so much! Highly recommend and very friendly man.
Excellent job! I came with the terrible condition of my boots with the almost holes on the beige bottom. The colouring and changing into red of the bottom was performed the highest level and the orange boots extra protective layer on the bottom was excellent! Highly recommended
Service is good but their operating hours are insane. If you work Monday to Friday good luck trying to use them. Paid $50 to get shoes repaired for a function that I now can't wear due to their operating hours. I went back into the city to be greeted with a closed sign on a Saturday during holiday season. Mind blown. What's worse is that they have a "be right back" sign up I'm here on Saturday. I'm sure many do wait and try to return based on this sign.
I'm very happy with the quality of repair of heels on my shoes and boots. The shop is located very close to the Skytrain and buses. I'd definitely recommend this shoe repair shop.
Super kind service. I couldn’t find a place to repair my backpack zipper and he was the only one who try to find a way to solve it and he did it!! Friendly, quick and with the only desire to help me. Thanks a lot!!
I highly recommend this craftsman. I have two pair of leather soled dress shoes and this is the only place I take them. He cares about what he does and does it well.
Andrew treats customers very well, and answers all questions. I took an old boot and didn't know what color to spray to get the color back. He applied the spray as a test, before I bought it and after that I verified that it was a good product so I could buy it safely and with absolute certainty. I've been to other stores before but they didn't give the same service.
Great service. Good quality work and reasonable price to repair and restore shoes. I was going to throw out my Coach shoes and the store was able to restore them. Saves me money, time and stops another pair of shoes going to the landfill.
I Like this place I have been bringing shoes here for repair from time to time for about seven years. Andrew, the business owner, is always friendly and professional in his shoe business, he completes any request for shoe repair qualitatively and quickly. Thank you Andrew for your hard work.
I had given up my boots for dead but this charming little shop in the corner of the mall brought them back to life. Very reasonable prices and excellent work. The boots were re-heeled and cracks were sealed. Fantastic work and probably the best option for reasonable shoe repair in vancouver
