Grear selection of watches. Got my first Seiko watch this weekend and even got a discount. If you love watches, you should definitely check this place out.
Poor customer service.... Did not even care to call back as promised after 2 days despite leaving voicemails for just an estimated for the cost of repair.... And then said that it cannot be repaired..... I advise you go elsewhere to fix your watch.
Wen't in with some basic knowledge of what I was looking for but had a lot of questions. Sharifa gets a 6/5 for customer service. Gave me lots of great advice, was patient with all my questions, and even let me try on the watches that we both knew were out of my price range. Will be shopping here again and again.
Expensive watches... some might be fair but the ones I looked at were over priced...
