If you want clean fresh smelling carpets you will be better off buying an 89.95 carpet shampooer at Big Lots, it will do a better job that paying this company a substantial amount of money to get absolutely nothing in return.  Do not use this company they are a scam and there is numerous reports of unhappy people do some research before you pay them any money!
