Horrible. From the parking lot I could see that almost every single machine had an out of order sign on it. Apparently that's the norm there. Truly more than 3/4 of the machines are broken. My machine at home is broken. The ones that work are disgusting. You can't use ordinary money you have to buy their card which costs more than the machines. This place is awful.

First washing machine I tried was caked with dried crusty, bleach and and fabric softener. Second machine would not read card after I loaded it and filled it with soap, second wouldn't either. Leaving me with option to spend $4.50 on load that should have cost me $3. That doesn't included detergent I wasted in fist machine. Also this place is filthy and disgusting. This placed opened the day I moved into this neighborhood and use to have friendly amazing staff that was happy to help and was alway clean. Now Doors are missing from machines, broken machines aren't labeled, it's disgusting. I'm a long time customer who will never use this place again.

This greenlightning has machines that have been out of order for months. Tonight there are only 3 washers in the entire place that work, 2 of which are being used... I have been coming once a week for almost 3 years, looks like I will have to take my business else where.

Needs some attention. Floors dirty. Machines out of order. No attendant on duty.

It was my first time there and wasn't really sure how the money card system worked. Thank god another person helped me figure it out. Then I had a real hard time finding a dryer that would except the money card. Also the teller machine either was broke or was out of cash. Had a real hard time there. An elderly woman was also having a hard time with the dryers but I was able to help her finish her clothes. There was no facility staff there to help.
