THIS IS WITH OUT A DOUBT THE WORST SERVICE COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT FIRST THEY WOULD NOT EVEN COME OUT UNTIL THEY HAD AN INSURANCE CLAIM NUMBER. THEN THEY WERE 6 HOURS GETTING HERE ONLY TO EXTRACT WATER FOR TWO HOURS AND LEAVE THE MAIN AREA FLOODED. SEE THE LONGER THE WATER STAYS ON THE FLOOR THE MORE IT DAMAGES THE FLOOR BOARDS AND WICKS UP THE WALLS. IT HOW THEY TURN A $2000.00 JOB INTO A $10,000 DOLLAR JOB. THEY ARE CROOKED JOB MILKING, LAZY, SLOW, RUDE, EXCUSE MAKING SHARKS. I USED TO DO THIS THIS EXACT WORK! I TOTALLY DISAPPROVE OF PEOPLE THAT OPERATE THIS. ONE INDIVIDUAL SAID WHY DO YOU CARE ITS NOT LIKE YOUR PAYING FOR IT. MY DEDUCTIBLE MY PREMIUMS AND MY RATES GOING UP BECAUSE OF THESE BOTTOM FEEDERS. DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE ! NEVER AGAIN....RETIRED CONTRACTOR

We have been in the process of dealing with major water damage due to a septic back up. Servpro has been awesome throughout the entire process. They are polite, kind and efficient and show genuine care for their clients. I could not be happier with the service we have received.

Mitigation is a rough and draining job but the fulfillment of getting people back in their homes, preserving as many of their personal things as we could as well as the knowledge gained working with the experienced staff of Servpro has made my time with the company worth while. I really appreciate all the experience I've gained working for this company.

The previous review by Aidin Penn (not his real name) is by a troubled tenant and nearly all of those statements are untrue. I am one of the property owners and the tenant called Servpro on their own which we were initially unhappy with. Servpro has dealt with a very difficult situation in a professional manner and has worked closely with OUR insurance to complete the repairs as best as we can direct. They have went above and beyond what most companies would have pulled out of long ago. I hope Google removes the previous defamatory post.
