This place is ridiculous and no longer accepts coins, they've converted to a card system. The card system doesn't read the cards well. It takes a good 40 plus tries sometimes.

Just put my clothing in a washer and it is just spinning and spinning with no water going through. Can't stop thecwasher and there isn't anyone here to vomplain to or get my $7.25 back from. Place usually has a bunck of broken washers and is dirty too. Soon as I use up the money on the stupid card I'm never using this place again.

Super bummed out about how terrible the service was from broken machines to indifferent management. I know $7-8 doesn't seem like a lot, but it is when you're already broke. It sucks to put your funds into a washer only to find that it's not dispensing water. I called the "customer care" line and had an unpleasant conversation where I had to convince the person on the other line that I wasn't a moron and the machine wasn't functioning properly. As someone who works in customer service, I deal with a lot of idiots so I get it, but I would never be as condescending as this person was. After about 5 minutes he seemed to warm up to the fact that I'm not an idiot and said he would make sure I was refunded. He said to call back the number I rang, he would send me to voicemail and that the only thing I needed to do was leave my info and the number on the GLL card to be refunded. I hung up, called back, was sent to voicemail, and the voicemail box was full...(facepalm). I was tempted to be more of a jerk about it, but I had little ones with me who were eager to get back home. Up until then, I had used the Coos Bay location many times without a hitch; it's not all bad. Just don't expect to get your money back if a machine doesn't work.

Its a pretty dependable place to do your laundry it has card you buy 1 dollar then put money on this card to do everything there.
