Get rid of the self check outs. To many of them. My kids will be working age soon. They will not have a job anywhere. Face to face is my still. I look for the same ppl every time. So nice to customers. Need more registers with live action.

I counted 5 employees in the deli. I was the only one at the counter at the time. I was not addressed at all. After as least three minutes I spoke up and said something. Customer service in your deli needs to be improved. Dreading going to check out knowing that I would have to be in line for a long line with two cashier's. Much to my surprise there were many cashier's on and I didn't have to wait at all and the cashier was very friendly! Thank you for that. It was a happy ending.

This was my second luncheon for my support group, and everything was wonderful! Emily really helped me plan by answering the many questions I had, and was so friendly about it. The staff was great and the food was excellent. I will definitely consider using Giancarlo's again!

Large store with many options of things to purchase. Clothing to bedding; furniture to electronics; full grocery store, bakery,deli,hot & cold food depts. Some reasonable prices, some not.
