Bed Bath & Beyond

This store has the worst customer service, and rude employees. The first time I came into this place with my boyfriend, we were looking around and was followed and stared down by this older man that im assuming was the general manager. We laughed it off at first but the second time we came in here which was yesterday, we wanted to find a couple of things for our house (which we didn’t find). I then was testing out the back massagers they have and this same man was staring at me as if I was doing something wrong. I began to feel very unfomfortable so we decided to go shop somewhere else. As we were leaving the store with nothing in our hands, there was the “manager” again and a male cashier watching us leave with anger and disgust in their faces. I will never come to this store ever again. These people should really reconsider their jobs and maybe put a smile on their faces while there at it. You’re supposed to make your work environment comfortable and happy for both your employees and your customers, and you’re most definitely not delivering that.

Came into the store to find a Royal purple scarf for my window, found what AI was looking for, 2 scarves, priced at $20 each, got to the counter and they were marked down to $4.99 each!!!

Assistance was great they knew where everything was in the store was very clean.
