Bon-Ton

I returned an item and had to shop here, this is not one of my favorite stores and not somewhere I go very often. I had some coupons and some door busting deals... although what I actually purchased was not valid with the coupons I had, clerk worked with me anyways and was able to take money off what I had purchased.

I shop at Bonton for home goods and men's s clothes. I do not think the quality of their women's clothes is great. I look there frequently but have little luck. They have all kinds of coupons and the cashiers sort through them to see which ones can be used on your items. You are never sure what you will pay. I did get some good deals on Christmas gifts. I hope Bonton remains in Buffalo.

The store staff Terry was very helpful and very nice. She went to a lot of trouble to maximize our discounts. We had a great time at the Bon Ton. We definitely will come back all the way from Canada.

I don't shop here regularly, Everytime that I do I'm reminded why. The coupons are frustrating. They're good on everything except this special deal, this blah blah blah. The list goes on and on until nearly everything is excluded. Returning things really couldn't be more of a hastle.

Store is a dirty mess. Poor selection of products. Floor staff at night couldn't care less about walking up and offering sales help. Stood by the jewelry counter for 15 minutes at 9:20 pm on Dec 17th 2017. No less than 7 staffers saw me walked past me within two feet without so much as a glance or offering of assistance. Went to JC Penney and was treated like a king by their jewelry staff. My money is well spent at JC Penney. Bon Ton staff could care less that customers are their bread and butter.
