The Mens Department has no concept of customer service. Save your time and money and go to Walden Galleria instead.

Waste of time and a total joke. Oh i cant wait for amazon to kill everyone of these retail dinosaurs. Wait. Amazon didn't kill retail giants... retail killed retail with poor customer service and lack of choice , plain and simple. Lets take bets to see how long until this macys closes down just like that one on transit last year! Theres a stock market ETF short doing this, hop in 😄

Stood in the men's shoes department for 15-20 minutes having an older gentleman who works there walk past me about 6 times without even glancing at me. Was prepared to get a pair of shoes, and as I began to say something to him the last time he walked past, he turned his head and kept walking. Now Im gonna go get shoes elsewhere... Bad customer service.(at least the guy working the shoe department)
