I absolutely hate returning stuff to the store and going to the associate customer service desk upfront... Anyone who is over the age of 30, meaning the older ladies who work the front desk couldn't be any more rude... I went on Saturday after Black Friday this year to pick up my online order and the older lady behind the counter who I was lucky not to have, was not only giving attitude to the two customers she assisted, but yelling at her coworker and talking behind his back about how poor of a job he is doing to not only her fellow coworkers, but also to the customers standing in front of her, and then when he would come out to assist them she would start yelling at him... I then returned today to return some of my order from Saturday which is now Sunday, and a different older lady who is working the front desk didn't even greet me just waved me over I said good morning how are you, she didn't even respond she then just continued to look at me, and I then said I have a return order to make and that I also had a discrepancy when I picked up my order yesterday as one clothing item was missing. she then told me she would only take my word for it and I should not have left the store yesterday before checking my bag, however the store was slam packed, the customer service line was a mile long, and I couldn't stand the other employee who was screaming at everybody that I didn't even think to check the bag before I left the store... I then explained to her that I contacted the online customer associate who then told me they would take care of it on my account and leave a note, I also called the store last night and explain the situation And the employee I talked to on the phone said to just explain it to the front desk and I should have no problems, when I explain this to the front desk associate this morning I got nothing but an attitude and said that she didn't believe me but she would take my word for it... As she is scanning each individual clothing she said that I had nine items in the bag and not all nine items in the bag were there, I then had to explain to her that I was not returning a pair of jeans and a stocking that I bought for my boyfriend, everything else did not fit correctly. I was then told I should not have bought so much stuff online without trying it on first and then having to return it as it is more of a hassle... I then felt belittled and judged as that is the only way I can shop. over the last year I have gained some serious weight due to health issues and I do not know what size I am, and it is more of a hassle for me to do so for myself with social anxiety I cannot handle being in a store with large crowds and the Black Friday deals are the only times I shop for myself. I do not appreciate being belittled as well as scolded for my shopping at Kohl's as well as for the negative attitude both ladies who had to be in their '50s displayed over the last two days. I understand if it's a stressful time of year but that does not give you an excuse to be so miserable. The girls who are much younger are all bubbly and happy to assist with smiles on their face even with the hardest customers that I witnessed within the last two days. I am very disappointed and this really discourages me from shopping at Kohl's ever again. To add she also stated "here you can throw out your own garbage as she handed me my bag with the scraps from the jewelry bought and the old receipts... Last I remember the Kohl's associates used to take any returned materials and discard them for the customer, as well as other shopping locations I have been at takes care of any returned bags.

Who ever is in charge of the big and tall ordering is doing a terrible job.  Came in 6 months ago and I was ecstatic to see how they expanded the men’s big and tall section, for the first time in my life I walked out of a store with more than 2 outfits in my size. I was beyond impressed and spoke to a manager to say so.  Came in today and the entire section is beyond underkept compared to the rest of the store. And 90 percent of the clothing options are just sweat pants and sweatshirts.  I came in today to get nicer outfits for the holiday season. Not to dress like a toddler. Larger people have every right to dress nicely.  It’s borderline discrimination. And you are missing out on an customer base, because who ever is doing your ordering is being prejudice against larger sized people. And I’m just talking 2 xl  Such a shame

Kohls Big n Tall section is embarrassing. The literally had 1 dress shirt there and it was only 2x.

I love going to Kohl's stores. This location is a great one. I always find lots of clothes I like and great deals on everything from dress shirts, to shoes, to pants. I always try to visit a Kohl's when I am close to one.

I absolutely love Kohl's BUT I could not imagine being mobility impaired and trying to navigate the aisles.  I voiced this to my cashier and she agreed but stated it was because of new stock being put out. This isn't the case, in my opinion.  It is ALWAYS difficult to push the store cart through any section of the store. Whether a cane,  crutches or wheelchair or simply any inability to walk fluidly, the aisles pose a serious danger.  Do better,  please... before injury is caused to your patrons Kohl's. Thank you.

Love the great deals & Kohl's cash. Great quality and big selection. I only shop when I get 20℅ or 30℅ off and I've gotten some really great buys.

City dwelling has made this store a "go to" for shopping other than boutique venues.  Great location, parking and variety of merchandise. Thanks for serving city dwellers on a budget

I go here only because of the clearance rack.  The prices are outrageous for basic clothing.  Ffs, you can stop asking me 5+ times if I want your store card when I’m cashing out!  No I don’t to save a few dollars off of my sock purchase!  Returned to this location to buy a few things for the holidays.  Put my purchases back on the shelf after seeing the checkout line wrapped around the corner.  Why do you have only 2 cashiers during the holiday season?!
