Walmart New Westminster Supercentre

Not a safe place to go. The staff there don't like my son (nick) he is spacial need. He is not aloud back there and the cops will be called . In the computers spot trying to look up a movie van diesel xxx . Unfortunately a porn site came up. A Staff saw that and called the manager. He is angry now Sharon and Nick never aloud back. That dummy. Happy to kick people out for fun.he didn't try to find what was wrong. Bad place to go. They had ther fun. Those bullies.

Poor service. My wife and I came to this Walmart for the first time. When we went to pay none of the self checkouts were working on the second floor. There was a lady at one of the till helping a customer get a Walmart credit card and she told us she is closed and she will help us next but once she was done with that customer she helped the next customer ring up there things even though she was closed. We ended up leaving our things there and left the store

Well, I can't comment about the other sections of the store, but for their electronics department, they were almost useless. We were searching for a Chromebook or a cheap laptop for travelling with, and finally after a lot of looking around we settled on one. They said it wasn't in stock even though they were displaying it. Fine, so we went with the second choice (while they were standing their watching us decide). Nope, it's not in stock either. When we asked if we could at least buy the demo unit, we were cheerfully told that it was impossible. Great, thanks for wasting our time!

Great selection great prices. Has made New West so much more convient and desirable since their addition.

store it self is nice and big but finding any help in the store is abysmal. if u are coming into the store from the mall at mall closing time even when they see u walking to the door or running they will close the door and lock you out. the customer service here sucks but prices and store itself is good.
