Honestly, terrible staff. Please do something about your staff and train them so I can improve this review. I'm so disappointed in my shipping trip yesterday I don't want to go back. (This is about the cashier's and customer service, not the pharmacy)

There's a stupid bald guy watching you while you shop and gives you creepy look. No one even approach me for help but told me they're there to help. Stupid and bad staffs, especially the bald guy.

Pharmay staff were helpful on a late evening and provided prompt service. They asked questions appropriately and were friendly. Parking for this store is easy to find but it was hard to tell where the actual store was initially as there are no signs on the outside. Store is clean and organized and had a variety of products.

I have been to numerous Shoppers Drug Mart all over British Columbia and I have to say by far this Shoppers Drug Mart has the best pharmacists .  Quick service always with a smile super friendly enjoy going there all the time
