Shoppers Drug Mart

Like this place. it's quite convenient with the skytrain right above. And since it's open longer, I can get my groceries after a long day. Since this is a little smaller, they do not carry large selection of cosmetics. However, you can request them for that particular product and they will order and have it shipped(free) to your home.

Worst customer service at this location. Not friendly and down right rude. And being watched as I looked at nail polishes was uncomfortable. Like they assumed I was going to steal or something. I’d shop anywhere else except here despite being conveniently located next to the train station.

The pharmacy refused to fill my prescription because there's no instructions from my doctor... Are you kidding me? The pharmacist brought the prescription that was faxed directly to them over to me and the instructions were right there. He then told me it needs to be instructed in "this area" on the paper. I was told they would have it fixed in a day... Two days later and they haven't contacted me that they have filled my prescription for me. Nothing but issues at this pharmacy.

This location is very bad there undercover security follows you like no tomorrow I was in the store a couple days ago came back from Safeway and Dollar Tree went to grab some stuff I had a bunch of grocery bags with me they following me for almost 20 minutes nothing what's going on I told him under your securities following me around and I'm buying some stuff they think I was stealing something I was carrying too many bags so I grabbed a shopping cart to put everything inside then I went on my way to finish my shopping I see the undercover security still following me around and I see three other people stealing and you don't do anything they just look at me with my color hair and a bunch of groceries thinking I'm going to take something I even told them stop following me I know your security it's not okay to follow people around they target people in color hair First Nation people people carrying groceries and bags from the dollar store but this store still has so many good deals there is two young security guys who work at this location I remember what they look like and they are not going to get away with it and manager at this location you not care about the customer only care about making money

Pharmacist was very rude and condescending. Avoid this pharmacy as much as you can.
