Safeway Pharmacy New Westminster

In these times when it is hard to get the medical attention you need, the pharmacists at Safeway have filled part of the gap for me. Yes, sometimes I have to wait at the window while they are filling others’ prescriptions but they’ve provided me with important information and guidance. And it’s really convenient to get vaccinated there.

Didn't have a very good experience at the pharmacy! I got to the counter and there was a pharmacist at the back looking down. I said "hello" to try and get her attention yet she ignored me. I said hello again thinking she maybe didn't hear me. After I said hello the second time she stuck her finger at me telling me to give her time. I have no problem giving someone a moment, but atleast acknowledge a customer and look at them instead of ignoring them flat out and then sticking a finger up at the customer.

Nice store. I miss your location since you moved from the top of the hill and Save-Ons moved in.. Further walk for me now but worth it. Your giant sandwiches are still the best deal I have seen in that size for that price. I don't like the giving up your personal identity for special naked down items. My money should be good enough of an exchange for the groceries. This day and age I think ones privacy must be fought for. That's why I only have you the stars.

The Pharmacy staff are always helpful even went as far as detailing my medication on a list for a foreign country customs department. Always helpful with questions and help resolve issues with insurance company.

Customers are not good enough to be entitled to a washroom at this location. It's been "out of order" for 6 months. When you speak to the manager they say it's due to the "quality of the neighborhood."
