Absolutely seamless process from start to finish. Craig handled everything with class, speed and clarity that made the buying process as simple as possible. The installation by Dan & Trevan was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and made sure the tub was ready to go - and didn’t leave until they were sure I was comfortable with operation and satisfied with the install. 10/10 company - could not ask for a better company to do business with.

Service far worse than advertised. Hired holland home to open my mothers pool. They came to help set everything up and told me they would be able to get the water clear, pump running, and pool vacuumed. The service was fairly expensive but with that sales pitch I was on board. They seemed to be a bit over booked and didn't communicate very much beyond the first interaction. Between putting chemicals in the water would start to come clear but gradually turn green again before they had the time to get back. I had to call a few times to check when they would be returning to finish the job and they did keep coming back until the pool was clear and ready. The service was slower than expected but they did do as they promised so I was content with that. Then a second bill came for additional chemicals and vacuuming. This came to a surprise to me because I had already paid before they even came the first time and at no point did they ever tell me there would be additional charges for cleaning the pool. I never expected additional charges because with my initial interaction i was left with the impression that making the water clear was included with opening the pool. Calling customer service we were able to negotiate a smaller fee for the cleaning due to the miscommunication. Telling your customer that you plan to send them a bill for additional fees for work that could easily have been associated with the already paid for service strikes me as an extremely low bar for customer service that they've failed to meet. Needless to say I won't be using the service again. Before ordering a service from this store I encourage anyone to be extremely careful, because they might not tell you what your actually being sold.

Bought a hot tub from another company and cannot stand their service. Came to Holland hoping to find some help with some questions and concerns and even though I didn't buy my hot tub from them they were so happy to help! Jennifer was the one who helped me more in 15 minutes than the place where I purchased my hot tub helped me in the whole purchase set up process! 5 stars for the customer service, products on hand and knowledge!! Thanks soooo much! Will be purchasing all of my stuff here moving forward!

Blown away by customer service. Used the website chat. Within 5 seconds I had an answer from senior sales manager. Product was delivered a day early. I need some added support and was given it with a smile not to mention the parts I needed where auto emailed to me so I could pay and they ship out. There’s a reason everyone in the area uses these guys. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed. I hope you come to Camperdown for pool closing.

Not thrilled at all with this company. Will not go back. Lack of information and knowledge from staff. Very expensive compared to other companies.

I was there today to do our annual First Aid cpr refresher. I was looking around. It's so beautiful inside. I love how professional and clean it is. It's inviting to public to see the actual products verses online. I wanted to crawl in the hot tubs.. And I'm sure they wouldn't mind, but I had a task on hand. I love the staff and welcoming feeling. I love my visits. Thanks for great session.

Great service... From sale to after sale service Holland Home Leisure is a top notch outfit something some companies lack in our current economy... Service after the sale . Mark and his team Kiristi and Rick plus others have been great on many aspects. I highly recommend them for all your pool needs. We live in HRM and we get GREAT service from Holland.
