Story

Owned and operated by licensed Vet Tech. Graduated from St, Clair College and passed boards exam 22 years ago. Being professionally grooming for 24 years. Worked with many pet food companies and distribution houses. Has dabbled in basic training and behaviour work. Our goal is to make pets as healthy as possible via nutrition and daily care. Educating the client is at the for front of pet health. We do not carry and china manufactured food products. Corn, wheat or soy are not found in any edible products. We product Canadian as much as possible and have over 400 products that are Canadian. Horse supplies such as grain, shavings, martins treats and omega alpha are found in store.

I stumbled across this store at random one day when I was looking for a new provider as my dog food is not available at every store. I drive from kingston now because I would only rather support this store. The owner has been the absolute best to deal with. Not only does she provide great knowledge, she knows what she is talking about in every aspect. You can tell that this small business owner puts all her passion into this store by continuously researching topics, information and brands as well as going above and beyond to provide a tremendous level of customer service! I am so glad I found this store and it is worth the travel! Thank you, Dista, for everything you do for my fur baby!
Always so helpful anytime I go there. If they don't have what I'm looking for, they will go above and beyond to try and get it for my pups
I have had mixed reception at this establishment. The owner is knowledgeable, but can be pushy with information...even if not asked for. They carry a decent variety of food, treats, and toys for dogs and cats at a reasonable price. I can not speak to other critters, though.

The owner is an absolutely wonderful and informative woman. The store is well layed out, leashed pet friendly, and really good prices. Recently bought supplies for my new puppy. Highly recommend for pet supplies, food, etc..
Can't say enough great things about this pet store. Love that she used to be a vet tech and can help out with suggestions for particular problems. And always very accommodating for service and making sure pets continue to be fed all through the pandemic.
I find her very much appreciate you as a customer. Always helpful and puts your pets health first. She treats them like own. She brightens my day everytime I stop over. I would highly recommend her.
Owner Dista really knows pet nutrition and specializes in special needs pet diets. She has years of experience as a vet tech so her store is stocked with everything good, wholesome, fun and flavourful for our fur babies. They shop with us of course! She always has specials on the things we buy most and gives excellent advice. This is the only place to buy pet food and supplies! That's why we drive over 20 kms to shop there.
