Not sure why but the shoes and men's department looked like a bomb went off most times I shop there. Either they do not have enough staff or Walmart does care about the way it keeps its stores.

I also found it very difficult to find shoes my size because of how disorganized the department is; shame to see the store go down hill; no wonder people are shopping online!

Now Wal-Mart earns this review from me because they were able to solve at least three problems for me that Best Buy and Staples could not. 
Their stock is readily available, the staff know the products, and the customer service is nice. I was able to replace my broken phone and fast with a better phone that my carrier could not. The phone I got was mechanically superior to my broken one, cheaper, and the representative I was talking to was pleasant! Thank you.
