MANJOT help me so much I commend her also she told me about being a Staples membership which I've been coming to Staples for years and no one ever mentioned to me about the Staples membership. Something none of your staff seems to do other than this lady And she even gave me a box to put my documents in as it was a downpour of rain. She saved my documents and as well as giving me a membership. She is one of your best employees and I recommend her highly

I ordered something online and tried to pick it up yesterday at the Store. The confirmation mail instructed me to call the store and they would bring it out to me.nI did call them and after endless ringing, somebody answered and I had trouble understanding them. Apparently, I had to go to the pick up station. Inside. Ok - but why do you instruct people to stay outside and call when you can go inside and just pick it up?nAnd the best thing? I got the item damaged. So I had to wait again to get a proper product.nCustomer service is getting worse and worse.

Great store if you don’t need service. Tried to buy an iPad two days ago but after ten minutes and no associates came near us, asked the cashier for help but none came. Went to competition, greeted within 1 minute, they matched Staples price, left with an iPad, installed screen protector and case. I may be back for staples, paper and pens.

My experience with 2 Staples employees, Assem and Yadav, from the Wireless Internet Department in Charlottetown, PEI, just made my day! They were helpful in getting me set up with my cell phone, answering my questions, instructing me and assisting me to set up my phone. Both were very courteous, respectful, and highly intelligent.
