I love going to "Mark's". The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Even the "New" employee on cash was really great. She told me this was her 1st job and I told her I was very proud of her. Keep up the great work and keep being awesome!
They have great quality clothing the only spot ill buy my winter gear at. Only down fall no one asked of we needed help. Other than that is is a great store and quality
The racks are too close together, the clothes are spread out everywhere .along it hard to browse for certain items. The store seems understaffed.

Love the store and the product is as good as any. I recently reviewed a winter ball cap with side flaps. Love the cap. I made an observation that the side flaps don't hug the ears appropriately and suggested they use a spandex type material. They sent me an email and said the "staff" read the review and it didn't meet their guidelines. Guidelines? I made a constructive, posiive suggestion and it offended you? Come on.
The Best place to buy what you need this winter from head to foot..people are so accomodating,.they helped me find what i want and i appreciate that so much thank you Mark's
Adorable collection of all brands with reasonable prices. I always do my shopping from this store .
Service and Management were not a pleasure to deal with and there were no bags for my clothes to buy. Told they were out of bags. Selection is better than Summerside however I enjoy the service in Summerside much more.
Bought their hiking pants, regular price so they were expensive. Perfect fit..loved them. However within 4 months the elastic in them started to disintegrate, first on seams, then all over. I took them back to store and they acknowledged problems with the material quality and that the new product, yet to arrive, would have different material. They, however, could not refund or replace as it was approx 6 months since purchase and I didn't have receipt. I said receipt may be in their system as an in-store staff had ordered in my size and I picked up in store. I emailed the company twice with no response and went to the store a second time. Same answer. So disappointed that they won't stand behind a faulty product when they were only 6 months old. Would like to buy the new hiking pants but can't take the chance.
