The Wainwright PCN is a network of family physicians in Wainwright coming together to improve access to primary care.
Primary Care is the first point of contact with the health care system. PCN's have been operating in Alberta since 2005, although the Wainwright PCN was just started in 2011.
We offer Geriatric Assessment, PreNatal Care, Referral Coordination and an evening Ambulatory Care Clinic.
Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of the population we serve by strengthening the integration of services and improving access to primary care through collaboration and partnerships with our clients and health care providers.
