Pleasant and professional staff members. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable in providing the information that you require for the best eye care. They are honest about whether the eye wear you have chosen is best for you and in MY opinion I'd prefer honesty rather than just trying to make a sale. Thank you ladies for a great experience today.
The service I received while dealing with Kirsten Lussier was amazing,. I was extremely happy, she helped with picking all my frames and everything went so smoothly. It was a pleasure! Now I can't wait to get them. Ha ha
Referral coordination needs work. Went in on a Thursday has my examination, told I'd probably get a call on Monday from the specialist, I followed up with the specialist on Monday to find out they had no Referral for me. Called Prairie back asked what's going on, told it would be redone, phoned couple hours later and told it was sent and confirmed. Called the specialist again today and found out they had not received anything till Tuesday... So I went from being told it was fairly urgent and I would receive a call back within A-day or 2 from the specialist to we sent it out semi urgent and you should get a call in a week or two. I will never go back.
All the staff at Prairie Vision were exceptional and accommodating as my husband and I juggled our three kids between and in the midst of appointments! I would highly recommend them.
