Wainwright medical clinic

I’m always happy to bring myself and my children into the clinic, when needed. Doctor Burger is always kind, pleasant and professional. I know we’re in good hands when we go see him. His nurse is incredible as well. Very kind and courteous.

My husband who’s in a wheelchair and I traveled to wainwright on Jan 20th the day the freezing rain hit hard and made the roads a big dangerous skating rink for meet and greet appointments with Dr, Burger. We ran into a few issues, including the freezing rain, and we called the clinic to let them know we were running late. When we arrived, it took a few minutes before one of the receptionists stopped chatting with another receptionist and proceeded to tell us that the doctor will only see one of us and the other will be charged a “no show” fee. She repeatedly stated that Dr Burger values his time. Also the waiting room was completely empty. It’s absolutely disgusting that medical staff value money over the safety of other human beings. So we both left. Why would we want a doctor that obviously shows no compassion, understanding or empathy? Dr Burger can value his time but we value the safety of our lives more! And, yes….we were both charged for “no shows”! If I could, I’d give 0 stars for a rating, but unfortunately 1 star is the lowest you can give.

Very happy to get Dr Ian Turner when we came to Wainwright. Kind and caring approach. Also the staff are friendly and accommodating. Great experience overall.

My doctor is amazing but the receptionists are horrible and rude. I stood there for 5 minutes without any recognition. Yes, one woman was on the phone but she didn't even blink.

Cant get a hold of anyone there fire the receptionest
