I wanted to go to the trip for a week, would definately go to the 5 stars hotel with all extra etc. So, I called and there was an angry rude woman on the line. I am a permanent resident in Canada but my card was stolen. I went to an immigration site of Canada and read the note that starting the march, 2016 every permanent resident should hold the PR card with them in order to go back to Canada. So, I called this agency to make sure that I might not be able to go. I explaned the situation to that woman and first of all, she did interrupt me, then she said that I should consult myself first and that she can't know everything about all countries.
