Terrible experience. Susan Gaitan did not provide any valuable insight into our South East Asian vacation questions and only offered up google type search results. More than that she charged us $50 for not booking anything with her stating "we do not work for free". This surprise left a huge sour taste in our mouths but will def not ruin our vacation. My recommendation: Do not use this agency's services....terrible. As a footnote I would also like to point out that I'm a very well travelled individual who has used many agencies in the past and have never been charged for not booking with them if I did not use the service...especially without notice. Bad for business guys. Good luck. Safe travels everyone.

I did not have a pleasant experience with this travel agency at all. I dealt with their agent Melanie who was extremely rude and abrasive. She could really benefit with some coaching on professional etiquette, and what is acceptable workplace behaviour. If you are looking for customer service, look elsewhere.

Worst place to go to. Stella Karpouchkina is a terrible agent and should be fired on the spot.
